Experience locally grown food and wine at this Epicurean Dinner at Free Run Cellars! We’re pairing a few of our award-winning Free Run wines with delectable small plates from Kitchen & Kegs Catering by Latitude 42 Brewing Company.

This second Epicurean Dinner will be on Thursday, August 4, starting at 6:00 pm EST. Italian food is the most popular food in the world. While most people are familiar with pizza, spaghetti, and lasagna, there are several Italian menu terms that you may not know. The dinner event will feature an "Italian" flavor menu curated by Chef Kasey & Georgia D. Leventis-Molina.

Course 1: Crostini Trio | Free Run Cellars Rosé
Goat cheese and apricot with local Michigan honey, avocado bruschetta with reduced balsamic, pomegranate and dark chocolate with a citrus cream cheese

Course 2: Panzanella Salad | Free Run Cellars Sauvignon Blanc
Tomato, rustic bread, shallots, basil, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, and dijon

Course 3: Prosciutto & Pea Pasta | Free Run Cellars Dry Rielsing
Penne pasta, prosciutto, peas, roasted red peppers, scratch-made buttercream sauce

Course 4: Tiramisu | Free Run Cellars Rosso
Ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, and Ron’s Beans Espresso
