Ramato Macerated Pinot Gris
This is the one we've been waiting a year to pour. Ramato is a skin-contact orange wine made from estate-grown Pinot Gris along the Lake Michigan Shore — fermented on the skins for eleven days, which gives it its glowing copper hue and a depth you don't expect from a white grape.
It's the first wine we can truly call estate — grown in our own vineyard, made in our own cellar. Launching it on our anniversary felt right: a year of this place, and the first bottle that's entirely ours.
