Some venues make you bring the magic. At Free Run, it's already here — four acres of Pinot Gris vines, a pond that catches the evening light, a stone patio strung with lights, and a team that genuinely wants your event to be unforgettable.
We host just two or three large events each year. That means when we say yes to your event, we mean it — you get our full attention, not a slot in a conveyor belt.
Whether you're planning a wedding, a milestone birthday, a rehearsal dinner, or a corporate gathering, we'll work with you to make it feel exactly right.
Every Event Includes

Reserved seating for your group during regular business hours. The winery stays open — but your spot is yours.
The whole place is yours. After the doors close to the public, your event begins — just your group, the patio, and the vineyard.
A full day, entirely yours. Closed to the public, the grounds are transformed for your celebration from morning to last light.

Food & Catering
Outside catering is welcome at Free Run — and we have a preferred partner who knows the venue, understands the vibe, and delivers food that matches the occasion.
Our preferred caterer, Josh Bishop, has worked with us across multiple events this season and has tasting events in the works too. We're happy to make the introduction when you enquire.
